North Star Media artist David Barrett is an Emmy Award-winning composer and songwriter who’s song, “One Shining Moment,” has been synonymous with CBS’ coverage of the NCAA’s Men’s Basketball Finals since 1987. Most recently, CBS featured the classic “One Shining Moment” song in an hour long special on the NCAA’s 75th Anniversary.
