Dead Blue

Note

Still Corners formed in 2009 after Greg Hughes and Tessa Murray met by chance on a train platform. Their train failed to stop at London Bridge, taking them both twenty minutes out of their way, but also allowing them time to bond over books and music on the way back to the city. Upon disembarking the train, they promptly agreed to meet again.

Less than a year later, the newly-formed Still Corners garnered critical success with a string of singles including the ‘Don't Fall in Love/Wish’ 7” on cult label The Great Pop Supplement and the haunting ‘Endless Summer’, released on the Fierce Panda compilation, Gruff Trade. Not long after, Still Corners signed to Seattle’s Sub Pop Records and released their critically acclaimed debut album Creatures of an Hour, followed by their breakthrough sophomore album, Strange Pleasures, two years later. Still Corners' third full-length album Dead Blue was released on 16 September via Wrecking Light Records
