NEW ARTIST SUBMISSIONS

If you are an artist, songwriter or producer and would like to have NSM consider your music for pitching to film/TV projects, please see our submission guidelines. At North Star Media, our highest priority is supporting the talents of our artists. In a continued effort to support great artists and great music, we kindly ask that you take the following steps when submitting your work:

Please send a hard-copy.

We are visceral people and enjoy the opportunity to use all of our senses whenever possible. Plus, it works well with our current filing system.

Please send uncompressed audio.

A standard audio CD or any type of data storage device with .wav or .aiff files on it would be fine.

Please send information, too.

A sheet detailing song titles and artist/writer names for each work submitted is required. Along with that, send us a press kit – or minimally, an artist bio and contact information so we know who we’re dealing with and how to get back at you.
