North Star Media is delighted to announce the addition of Cooper Anstett to our roster!!
Growing up in the suburban confines of Detroit, Cooper Anstett had a hockey stick in his hands from a young age which he carried into college before the crossroads of a music career began to blossom. It was the combined early influences of Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Amos Lee, Mason Jennings and Donovan Frankenreiter that captured his attention and began his passion for songwriting while in high school. From there he honed a mature, rich organic vocal that delivered unique melodies and lyrics leading to an opportunity to develop his own collaborative song writing style in Nashville. The result was his first professional EP, 'For A Reason', that reached #12 on the iTunes Singer Songwriter chart in the fall of 2014. Since then, Cooper has been working on new music in Los Angeles that is set to be released in early 2016.
