Regarding her new single, she notes, “In a way, I feel like my song is a follow up to ‘Scars To Your Beautiful’. Girls are constantly under so much pressure to live up to societies, their peers, expectations and ideals, and it can literally break their spirit. I wanted to inspire all girls and remind them that their beauty doesn’t come from the clothes or makeup they wear.”
